Warranty Policy

We expect that you will get many years of happy use out of the products made by Atoc, but the world is not perfect. If you feel you have a warranty claim the first thing to do is to contact Atoc at (425) 745-2131.

When you call:

1. Please have your product available so that we can discuss the problem with you.

2. Be prepared to email a photograph of the problem to us so that we can better understand the problem.

3. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from Atoc before returning anything to us. Please note: packages without an RA# will be refused.

If your item(s) needs to be returned for inspection, please package them carefully and return them to Atoc at:

Include the following information with the item(s) that is being shipped back:

  • Your Full Name, Address, Telephone, and Email

  • When and where you purchased the item

  • Description of item(s) being returned

  • Description of supposed defect(s)
